A year of Food & Design – 12 months, 12 ingredients, 12 visual experiments, is an explorative visual approach to the interweaving between the Gastronomic and the Design worlds, considering two of their basic founding elements (ingredients and principles).
Focusing on the process and applications of this kind of imagery, this project served as a starting point towards exploring the visual potential of food, and the starting of our Lab.
